During the Emergency Council meeting on September 30th, 2024, in response to Hurricane Helene, Waynesville’s Town Council voted to suspend disconnections of utilities for non-payment through November 30th, 2024. As of December 3, 2024, the Town of Waynesville will resume disconnection of utilities for non-payment for any accounts that are not brought current from October 1st, 2024 through November 30th, 2024.
