The Town of Waynesville Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 11th, at 6:00 p.m. or as closely thereafter as possible, in the Town Hall Board Room, located at 9 South Main Street, Waynesville, NC, to consider a request for the annexation of one (1) parcel:

  1. 0.42-ac parcel at 64 Clement Dr, PIN 8616-90-8565, zoned Raccoon Creek Neighborhood Residential Mixed Use Overlay (RC-NR-MXO).
