Please be informed that NCDOT will be replacing a culvert that was destroyed in the recent flooding on Eagles Nest Road on Monday, December 2, 2024. They will have both lanes closed on Eagles Nest Road at the entrance of the Laurel Ridge Country Club. Local residents will have access driving up or down via Little Mountain Road. The work is scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM and hopefully will be completed by 6:00 PM that day. NCDOT will have traffic signs in place.
