This manual establishes the engineering standards for building and maintenance of the infrastructure related to development, redevelopment, and subdivision of land. These specifications apply to all private and public properties within the Town of Waynesville. The standards in this manual include but are not limited to streets, driveways, stormwater, drainage structures, erosion and sedimentation, utilities, materials, pedestrian facilities, bicycle facilities, public safety, and fire safety.
